Key Lessons

  • Objective - qualitative, to focus group around a bold goal, for fixed period of time, should not be dependent on someone examples
  • Key Result - quantitative, i.e. 3 for one objective, hard but not impossible (around 50% confidence)
  • Weekly Meetings - for OKR catchup, ensuring OKR is a top priority, i.e. Mondays for checking
  • Commitment - weeks intentions, upcoming tasks, okr status, i.e. Friday for Celebrations
  • Pipelines - pool of initiatives that can help company achieve its goals and missions, sorted by impact, effort and confidence
  • Health Metrics - key measures checking the business health while team is following OKR
